What is Carbon Peel ?

The Carbon peel treatment is a charcoal laser treatment. It consists of applying a liquid charcoal mixture to the face, which penetrates deep into the pores. The laser pulverizes it with a light that specifically targets the charcoal particles.
The purpose of the charcoal mask is to absorb contaminants from the skin, which the laser then destroys.
This mask exfoliates the skin deeply and leaves it with a soft and smooth finish, while stimulating collagen production. It is ideal for acne-prone skin, enlarged pores, removing dead skin cells, blackheads and oil.
What can Carbon Peel treat as a skin condition?
Due to its more obvious exposure to the sun, it may therefore be beneficial to treat the skin of the face, neck and chest with pulsed light (IPL). The back and hands are also other popular treatable areas with the Carbon Peel technique.
Who should avoid using carbon peel treatment ?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should postpone this type of treatment, as should anyone who has been exposed to the sun in the months preceding and following each session.
Indoor tanning, the use of self-tanning products and taking photosensitizing medication are prohibited.
